2025 Flatiron Academic Scholars Meeting

Please join the Flatiron academic research team for the 2025 Academic Scholars program taking place at Flatiron headquarters in New York City. Academic Scholars is an invitation-only program for clinicians, investigators, and biostatisticians at partnering institutions globally.

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with the global network of Academic Scholars; become a subject matter expert on Flatiron’s U.S. de-identified, real-world oncology datasets; and be able support other investigators at your institution who are interested in  utilizing Flatiron's retrospective research datasets. 

Registration and a signed participation agreement are required to attend. A participation agreement will be emailed to you from Docusign following registration.

Agenda

Our program will begin with a welcome reception at 5:00 PM on Thursday afternoon and will end by 5:00 PM on Friday afternoon. A more detailed agenda for Friday’s training is posted below. 

Please set aside 3 hours for pre-read and pre-watch materials, which will be emailed to you by March 31. 

For international attendees arriving Thursday, please expect additional agenda details to be shared via email.
